Today we are going to go over the benefits of yoga. Yoga is a cultural heritage of India and is a very ancient practice. But you don’t have to be religious to practice it.

Here are some of the benefits of doing yoga:

1. Increases flexibility.

2. Helps massage the internal organs.

3. Helps detoxify the body.

4. Tones up muscles.

5. Helps prevent osteoporosis.

6. Helps reduce blood pressure and relieves pain.

7. Helps a person relax and think positively.

Yoga is a great activity that can be done by anyone, at any age and any fitness level. To get started, one can enlist in a yoga class, practice with a video or read books to assist them.
