Today we are going to discuss why it is important to make exercise a priority in your life, even if you have a busy schedule.
Here are some tips on fitting exercise in your busy day:
1. Break up your exercises. You don’t have to do them all at once.
2. Pencil your exercise in and make it a mandatory appointment.
3. Choose activities that you enjoy and then stick to them.
4. Exercise with a friend.
5. Balance your workouts. Make sure to do aerobic, strength training and flexibilty exercises.
Remember, exercise doesn’t have to occur at a gym. It can be done anywhere and anytime. The important thing is to just do it. Find something you enjoy and make it part of your life.

For me excercising is something really important.I am very busy with my work but I always find some time to practice my low impact water aerobics.I think everyone should find something that makes him happy and helps him stay in shape at the same time.
