Today we are going to discuss why tap water may not be the best option for healthy living. We will talk about the health benefits of getting filtered water in your home.
The health benefits of filtered water are:
1. Improves water used for cooking, showering and cleaning.
2. Protects from carcinogenic effects of drinking and inhaling dangerous chemicals.
3. Can alleviate the effects of asthma and allergies.
Now, when storing water, try to store it in a glass container. Avoid plastic bottles with a number one on the bottom because of the possible leeching of chemicals into the water from the plastic.
