Topic of the Week
We discuss the four foundations for health today. We discuss what they are and how they are important to healthy living.

The four areas are:

1. Obtaining regular exercise

2. Reducing stress and learning to relax

3. Eating a healthy diet

4. Reducing exposure to chemicals and environmental toxins

The goal for the show today is to set the foundation for future shows. Now that it is set, we can move on to exploring each of these four areas in a little more depth. This way we can really understand how to do it right and be as healthy as we can. So, listen to the show and learn about the foundations for being healthy!!
