Today we are going to discuss the health benefits of olive oil and why it is important to purchase extra virgin olive oil.

Here are the health benefits of olive oil:

1. Reduces the risk of stroke.

2. Provides protection from heart disease.

3. Reduces cholesterol and blood pressure.

4. Prevents cancer, such as, breast and lung.

Make sure to place your olive oil in a cool, dark place away from heat. Air, light and heat can promote rancidity.
