Today we are going to discuss the wonderful health benefits and medicinal properties of garlic.

Here are some of garlic’s health benefits:

1. Lowers blood pressure and cholesterol.

2. Prevents heart attacks.

3. Wonderful tonic for the cardiovascular system.

4. Is a natural antioxidant.

5. Helps to regulate blood sugar.

6. Has antifungal and anti-viral properties.

7. Effective as a natural mosquito repellent.

Try to eat fresh garlic in your food, powdered garlic does not have the same health benefits. Also, heat destroys some of the herb properties. So, add it near the end of cooking to preserve some of its health benefits.
